(SINGAPORE) In a shock development, Robinson & Co shareholders yesterday voted out Michael Wong Pakshong, the board chairman of 10 years, at the company's annual general meeting (AGM).
Is it right to treat a long-serving and highly regarded Chairman this way? What should have been done? Would you do it differently?
